Product Description
25KN capacity mechanical machine screw actuator designed for the adjustment of conveyor lifts or diverters. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 worm gear ratios. There are no standard stroke and all worm gear screw jack systems travel lengths are built with customers required. Available stroke from 15mm to 2000mm.
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static load capacity 5000 lbs in tension or compression.
2. Self-locking trapezoidal screw with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position.
3. 30mm diameter lifting screw, 6mm pitch (single start thread).
4. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel length, from 15mm to 2000mm.
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation (keyed screw jacks), and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with crank handle (manual screw jack) or by a electric motor (electric screw jack).
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

- Trapezoidal screw material - C45 steel. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.
- Worm shaft material - C45 steel, heat treatment. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.

- Housing material - Aluminum alloy with anodizing, or ductile iron. Customized stainless steel 304, 316.
- Traveling nut - high strength bronze.

Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.

* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
* Sea Freight: Factory to destination seaport by Vessel. Incoterms: CIF, FOB, EXW, CFR.
* Air Freight: Factory to destination airport by Airplane. Incoterms: CFR, EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP.
