Fine selection device and description  :

1Agitate chute:  this structure improve the the sectetion gold rate . can reach the 70%-80% . it is used conbine with the fixed chute (2 pictures) can reach the over 90%. power form the electric moter througt the transfer device to get the agitate .
2Fixed gold chute . it is always used with agitate gold chute . centrifuge and jig. can get the gold and diamond . it assist the jig and centrifuge to improve the seclection rate .
3Centrifuge : it is used for land and river gold .centrifuge make the material separated by solid liquid on a high-speed rotating screen, a vibrating power is attached to the material on the screen by the excitation system to realize the solid-liquid separation with automatic unloading.
4Jig:  it is used for the land and river diamond . according to the material different proportion to get the damond .The pulsation curve of a jig is a sawtooth shape, with fast upward flow and slow downward flow.The whole bed rises slowly and decreases slowly, the effective loosening time is long, the screen surface handling capacity of the unit increases significantly, the lower limit of particle size recovery is reduced, and the feeding material with too small particle size saves a lot.
