Product Description
Mica band heater is constructed from high-quality stainless steel sheet, mica sheet, and resistance wire/strip. The standard thickness of the stainless steel sheet ranges from 0.3mm to 0.5mm. The resistance wire/strip is wound around the mica sheet in the center, with 1-2 additional mica sheets placed on either side for insulation. The heaters can be customized into various shapes to meet specific requirements. Mica band heaters are available in 110V, 220V, and 380V options and can also be designed for DC voltage.
