Our forging production line consists of seven 630-ton to 4000-ton hot die forging presses and electric screw presses. The machining workshop is equipped with over 40 machining devices and more than 10 specialized testing equipment. Currently, our factory has the capacity to produce various precision forged parts ranging from 0.1kg to 100kg, with an annual production capacity of approximately 15,000 tons.
 

We have the ability to forge in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials ranging from standard carbon & alloys steels, duplex, super duplex, nickel superalloys, and other non-ferrous alloys.
 

Currently, we have obtained qualifications such as the IATF16949 quality management system certification. Our hot forged parts are widely applied in different fields, including automotive, construction machinery, petrochemical, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, railway locomotives, and power fittings.
