Custom Plastic Injection Mold for Precision Manufacturing

Our company established in 2003, covers an area of 3, 000 square meters with more than 40 employees. Our company is specialized in the production of plastic injection /silicone rubber compressed molds and products which covers a great range, including sanitary parts, commodity, household appliances, vehicle, eletrical products, garden products & customized parts. We have professional engineering team which has more than 5 engineers who are good at plastic, rubber mold design, plastic injection molding process and silicone rubber parts production.

In our Mold Department, there are 5 sets professional precision CNC and 5 sets EDM machines, which can produce 200 to 250 sets of molds a year. In our Injection department, there are 16 sets injection moulding machines which can meet the different needs of customers. We have strict quality inspection system, for precious dimensions, our engineers measure them in the Quadratic Element Measuring Machines.

From 3D printing samples to finished product production, we can design molds based on the 2D/3D drawings or samples you provided.

We also have a perfect service system in before sale, during sale and after sale. Especially in the process of contract execution, project managers send photos of different stages of production to customers, customers can supervise the whole process.
