Our handle moulds are made using P20H and 718H steel with a hardness of 28-32HRC. Mold base steel options include S45C and 50C, or P20 upon request.
Runner System:
We offer both hot runner and cold runner systems based on product shape and material. Our experienced engineers can recommend the optimal runner and gate type for your specific needs.
For cold runner systems, submarine gate and side/edge gate are popular choices. When opting for a hot runner system, point gate/pin gate is commonly used. Our local hot runner system provides excellent quality at an economical price, with options for YUDO and SURE hot runners available.
