if you require to have a sample according to your artwork, it is ok to make it for you, but the sample cost will be needed. Usually, a sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.

6. What kind of format file is available for printing?
The popular file types: are PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, EPS, etc. Bleed Size: 3-5mm.
Resolution: 300+ dpi.The higher, the better.

7. When will you ship my order?
Normally 7-10 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
