Adopt modern and advanced CNC processing equipment and scientific management mode to create high-quality screw pump products.  It can smoothly transport high viscosity, high solid content, and high abrasive media in complex systems.
The main body of Z.NANCHI single screw pump is a helical rotor and a stator. The rotor is finely processed from various metal materials, while the stator is injection molded from elastic materials that have a certain chemical strength for the conveying medium.
The pump mainly consists of a rotating "rotor" and a fixed "stator". The rotor is in the form of a circular thread, while the stator has an additional thread and a lead length twice that of the rotor. This maintains a conveying space between the stator and the additional radially rotating rotor that rotates inside it, and the conveying space continues to move from the inlet to the outlet.
By using this transportation method, the quality of the conveyed medium will not decrease from the pump suction to the discharge.
