Stamping parts packaging:
Conventional packing: Pearl cotton/bubble bag + carton
Special packing (for large/bulk orders) : Pearl cotton/bubble bag + wooden box (or packing basket)

Mold packaging:
Mold wrap protective film, use pallet or mold special wooden box packing transport.
If the customer has other needs, we will adjust according to your needs.

Mold processing equipment: CNC machining center, CNC wire cutting machine, CNC EDM forming machine, turning, milling, grinding and other high-precision processing equipment.

Stamping equipment :630T, 500T, 315T, 200T, 160T, 100T tensile forming hydraulic press and various large, medium and small tonnage presses.

Cutting equipment :2D CNC laser cutting machine, 3D CNC laser cutting machine.

Because the manufacturing specifications are different, the corresponding manufacturing time is also different. Generally, a set of molds can be completed in 15 days.
