Product Description
The TFJK two-way cartridge valve integrated control module is a universal superimposed module based on
the TLC two-way cartridge valve insert and TLFA control cover developed by our company.
Based on the "liquid resistance" theory, TFJK integrated control block optimizes the pilot control loop and
main-stage power loop by using the "decomposed" loop design method, therefore more rationally and fully utilizing
the modularity of two-way cartridge valve, can be matched, and integrated features and advantage.
TFJK integrated control block uses vertical multi-lever overlay. Through the selection and combination of
main-stage power loop and pilot control loop module, a combination of very diverse and global variants can
be formed. It's compact and easy to connect. Among them, pilot control modularization not only facilitates the
combined design and modification of the integrated block, but also beneficial to the debugging, maintenance and
fault repair of the entire control loop and system.
TFJK integration block adopts mature material and processing, such as, steel and surface electroless nickel
plating, which has the advantage of long service life and surface corrosion resistance.
Based on the above advantages, TFJK can be used for the control integration in the range of NG 16-40 in
medium power fixed hydraulic system, such as various metallurgical engineering and equipment, various vertical
and horizontal hydraulic presses, various medium flow production line hydraulics, water conservancy, and ship
engineering. It has broad application prospects in hydraulic control of large and medium-sized mobile devices.
