1Q: How can I get sample from you?
A: After confirmed the details, we will make the sample at first time(some will have stocks), normally 3-5 days, and then we will send it to you.

2Q:Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer.

3Q:How will you deliver my goods to me?
A:Normally, we will ship the goods by air, by sea and by express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT basing on the needs of different clients. 2-3 days via air express, 2-6 days for by air, 20-35 days for by sea.

4Q:Why the vinyl doesn't transfer well?
A:First, check if the vinyl is a cold peel or hot peel. If the vinyl is a cold peel and you peel it hot, the vinyl will not stick
to the garment and, instead, will stay on the carrier sheet. If the vinyl is a hot peel and you wait too long, the carrier sheet
will not peel off the garment. If this occurs, put it under the heat press for 2-3 seconds. This should heat up the vinyl enough to allow you to peel off the cover sheet without problem.

5Q: May I know if you can make other sizes and packages for this product?
A:Sure, The product can be made make other sizes under your requirement, normally our quotation will include the common package.
