(1) The upper electrode is pressurized by a cylinder, making pressure adjustment convenient and accurate. The welding machine is equipped with a dedicated air storage tank as a backup;
(2) The upper electrode moves vertically up and down, and has a smooth adjustable working stroke and auxiliary stroke. The lower electrode can be adjusted vertically;
(3) Adopting a direct solenoid valve to accelerate the reaction speed, significantly increase the operating speed of the upper pressure head, and reduce air flow loss;
(4) The descent and ascent speed of the pressurization head can be adjusted arbitrarily, easing the impact of pressurization on the work and reducing noise;
(5) The secondary conductor adopts the upper insulation method, with stable and reliable insulation performance;
(6) The main circuit adopts a water-cooled high-power thyristor module, which has strong output, stability, and reliability, and the water distributor can be installed outside the equipment;
