Light gauge steel villa is a kind of custom-made Modular/Mobile/Prefab/Prefabricated House; Its bearing system is light gauge steel structure, it can reach beautiful shape according to design and clients' requirement. Maintenance system could be sandwich panel or other compound material. Commonly, its outside decoration material is different color and shape PVC or metal cladding, indoor adopts gypsum board decoration to reach same performance with concrete building.
