1.DIN Standard GS-C25 Carbon Steel Flange RF Bellows Seal Steam Globe Valve PN40 Specifications:

  2. Pressure rating: PN16/PN40/PN63
  3. Material: GS-C25 1.0619, 1.4308, 1.4408, 1.7380, 1.7706 etc.
  4. Suitable Temperature: -30ºC~350ºC(Different temperature choose different materials)

3.DIN Standard GS-C25 Carbon Steel Flange RF Bellows Seal Steam Globe Valve PN40 Features:
  1. Bolted bonnet, lift stem design.
  2. Bellows & packing double seal design to make sure zero leakage of stem. If the bellows don't work, the packing also could avoid leakage, which is suitable for flammable and explosive medium in pipeline.
  3. Flexible graphite packing for dependable sealing performance, and the material of bellows is stainless steel or Inconel.
  4. The disc use taper design, which let the sealing surface & medium to become streamline form, and make the sealing performance is better.
  5. There is a fat joint on the bonnet. It can grease to stem, nut & shaft sleeve directly.
  6. Stem nut uses aluminum bronze material. Large valve is provided with thrust bearing to make it opened easily & flexibly.
  7. High temperature valve is used cone hard seal, which could make valve zero leakage of air-tight seal.
  8. The parts materials, flange & weld sizes of valves are decided reasonably according to real operating conditions or customers' requirements to reach various needs of projects.
  9. Operation: Gear/Worm wheel, Pneumatic actuator and Electric actuator.
