Hydraulic control valve is a valve that uses pipeline medium pressure as power to open, close and adjust. It consists of a main valve and attached conduit, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. Depending on the purpose of use and functional location, it can evolve into a remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow-closing check valve, and flow controller. , pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, emergency shut-off valve, etc.

 

Hydraulic control valves are widely used in various industrial fields, such as water treatment, heating, cooling, air conditioning and other systems. It can effectively control the flow and pressure of fluid, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection. At the same time, hydraulic control valves also have the advantages of simple structure, easy installation, and low maintenance costs.

 

Control valves are considered to have two main assemblies: the valve body assembly and the actuator assembly (or actuator system). Control valves are divided into four types: globe valves, butterfly valves, ball valves and eccentric plug valves. Variations of these four types of valves can result in many different applicable configurations, and most of the most commonly used configurations are covered in this chapter. Each structure has its special applications, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Although some control valves are used in a wider range of operating conditions than others, control valves cannot be used in all operating conditions, and each structure should be inspected to find solutions to reduce costs.

Valve Characteristic:
1. Valve plug has good stability. Rugged cage guiding provides excellent plug stability, which reduces vibration and mechanical noise; 2. Larger Flow Capacity. Streamlined flow channel with low flow resistance, provides excellent flow capacity;
3. Balanced Valve Plug Structure.Valve plug and cage composes of pressure-balanced structure, high precision & wide adjustable range, also suitable for high differential pressure condition. In case of small flow with large differential pressure, the needle valve plug is adopted, which has a large adjustable range and high adjustment accuracy.
4. High-Temperature Capacity with class IV or class V shutoff.
Our company adopts Balanced structure, which can realize Class V shutoff at temperatures up to 300 degrees;
Using of C -ring metal trim, which can realize Class V shutoff at temperatures up to 593 degrees;
5. Diaphragm actuator & piston actuator, compact structure ,large output pressure;
6. Stainless steel trim after standard treatment increased wear resistance and longer life.
