* This machine is the semi-automatic deep hole internal grinder, with X-axis servo motor, rolling ball screw, Z-axis reciprocating motion for hydraulic drive. It has the functions such as: automatic cutting feed, automatic coarse grinding and fine grinding, automatic tool retracting, automatically trimming the grinding wheel,automatic compensation.
* The machine tools bend adopts the working resisting cast iron for casting forming, with good heat stability and strong rigidity.
* The machine tool adopts the working mode of workbench reciprocating and grind support feed. the grind support consists of the base, sliding plate and grinding tool holder.
* Adopt the programmable CNC system to control the servo motor for grinding wheel dressing and compensation, automatic feed when grinding the work piece, automatic finishing in the middle,correcting compensation, grinding compensation,fine grinding delay,automatic cutter withdrawal,etc. When the automatic grinding,adopt the orifices and hole bottom controlled intermittent feed.
* The upgrade guide rail is the GCr15 roller guide rail of high rigidity. The reciprocating guide rail adopts the flat-V paste to mould rail, with the smaller friction coefficient and damping.It can avoid the machine tools crawling in low speed.
