Cardboard inserting
Vacuum suction taken 4 cardboard at one time and insert into caps.
Cardboard inspection
Four color sensor detect if there are cardboard inside caps or not,and auto reject the caps without cardboard inserted.
8,Outlet and packing
All qualified filling sealing caps goes into outlet conveyor,counter counting and fall into packing box.
