Our circulation type vacuum homogenizing mixer is specially designed for the large volume of material mixing use. It is mainly divided by two parts, SPA series and SPC series. The SPA series is more suitable for the engineering installation.

The equipment is installed with a high shear homogenizer with an internal or external circulation system, featuring bottom-mounted. The mixing tank comes with a two-way stirring paddle with a wall scraper.

1. Working principle:
The mixing blades or stirring paddles of liquid mixer machine rotate along a fixed direction under the driving of the power unit. The materials are pushed to do axial rotation and radial rotation during the rotation of the stirring paddles.Stirring blades or blending paddles of the high shear liquid mixer machine has very high linear velocity, which will make materials dispersed evenly in short time.
