Main purposes of the machine tool:
 

MKLF28-1000 CNC Vertical Internal, Cylindrical, and Surface Grinding Machine is a four axis+B-type CNC vertical composite grinder, which can grind multiple surfaces of workpieces such as inner holes, inner taper holes, inner end faces, outer circles, and outer end faces in one clamping. The machine tool adopts a modular structure. The overall layout is shown in the figure above, adopting the form of double columns and crossbeams. Two 7-shaped sliding seats are arranged on the crossbeam. The sliding seats can move left and right in the horizontal direction (X1, X2), and the axis is used for grinding feed. The sliding plate on the sliding seat moves up and down (Z1, Z2), and the axis moves up and down back and forth. Add a B-axis turret on the Z1 axis for grinding the inner hole and inner taper hole; Grinding of Z2 axis end face and outer circle. The positive and negative clearances of each motion axis can be eliminated in the system. The workpiece spindle is fixed on the bed to drive the workpiece to rotate. The electrical box is installed on the back of the bed, and the electrical control box is fixed on the right front of the bed and can rotate, making operation and adjustment convenient.

After Sales Service

 

1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.

2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps.  In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement.  In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.

3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.

4. Machine tool warranty

Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
