 This kind of diamond saw blade is special for sapphire ingot cutting. It also can be used for cutting glass and ceramics with good sharpness and cutting effect.

  The diamond grit of the diamond saw blades which we choose are of top quality and the diamond grit have top shock resistance performance and top cutting performance.
  The diamond saw blades are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine. As the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, the high vacuum can cause the diamond grit just a tiny injury, and there will be no oxidation of the grit in the hot pressing sintering.
  When processing non-metallic materials which contain a large number of high-hardness particles, such as glass fiber reinforced plastics, silicon filled materials, the hard point of the material makes the tool wear seriously and difficult to process with carbide tools, but our diamond saw blade have high hardness and good wear resistance, so the processing efficiency is very high. 
  So this kind of diamond saw blades has very good sharpness and long service life.
