Q: When can you ship the machine?

A: We can ship the machines in 7-10days usually,a full filling line need around 25-30days.We always try our best to send your goods as soon as we can.

Q: How can can know the machine is ok before shipping?

A: We welcome you come to our factory to test the machine by yourself before shipping out. If you cannot come,we will send you a vedio to show you the machine working and also the package before shipping out to let you see your goods in advance,make sure it is the one you want.

Q: What information i need to offer you for ordering the machines?

A: If you want a filling machine,you need to let us know your filling item exact,your filling volume and container is a bag or bottles,the filling volumes you will fill,the filling speed you request etc.If you have special request,like to make a mould for the bottles,also need to let us know. If you want a capping machine,we need to know your bottle and cap sizes,cap shape and images etc.

Q: What's the payment terms?

A: T/T 40% deposit and 60% balance before shippment.

A: If small machines,to send by express way is better than ship by sea. If big package and more machines,to ship by sea is the best choice,we will compare the shipping charges for your reference based on the package size and weight.
