1.Performance Characteristic

Automatic ultrasonic duckbill mask machine is used for the principle of ultrasonic welding to produce a seamless for high pollution industry duckbill mask machine. This machine can be used mask body portion 1-4 layers of PP non-woven and a filter material (such as: melt-blown fabric, active carbon material, etc.), which can produce reach N95, FFP2 other level of filtering masks finished. High degree of automation of the machine, controlled by PLC programming can be done embossing, perforating, folding, cutting, welding ear with one-time molding, special positioning correction system can minimize material waste, and effectively guarantee the masks quality of production.
