Product Description
MSDP6000 is for the personalization of financial card, social security card, membership card. Etc. Its main function includes magnetic stripe encoding, contactless encoding, double side DOD printing, OCR detection, etc.

  • MSDP6000 is an innovative product for card personalization. It could be used in the personalizing of financial card, membership card and other cards.
  • MSDP6000 equips full function for financial card personalization, including magnetic stripe encoding, contact and contactless encoding, card double sides multiple color drop-on-demand inkjet printing, inspection, etc. High-resolution DOD, brilliant printouts are lightfast and resistant to water, wear, and solvent.
  • It can be upgraded, expanded, added or removed functions by its modular design and DOD could be used for multiple color, multiple products productions.
  • The system is composed of three parts: mechanical configuration, electronic control and data processor. SDK, DLL (dynamic link library) and application interface are provided for users to develop their own card manufacturing software.

Machine stations/functions:
Card feeding magazine × 2: each with the capacity of 500 ISO card.
Double card detection × 1: to detect double card.
OCR detection × 1: to check card appearance.
Magnetic strip encoding (Rinas) x 1: magnetic stripe HICO/ LOCO encoding.

IC personalization barrel × 1: 32 contact encoding stations with Mingsen reader + 16 contactless encoding stations. For normal EMV IC encoding or Mifare/UL etc. encoding.

Plasma × 1: been usded to erase card surface's foreign substance, for better printing quality.
DOD printer × 1: Ricoh G5 printing head, printing range 54mm, resolution: horizontal 360 DPI, vertical 180-720 DPI adjustable, signal color; after plasma treatment, card's dyne value shall be bigger than ≥38 for good quality printing. Suitable for paper, carton paper, PVC, PE, PET etc. printing. Dedicated printing control software under Windows 10 environment.
