PVC edge banding is mainly made of PVC resin,with plasticiser,stabilizer,lubricant,color powder and other chemical additives.It is thermoplastic coiled material.

Its surface can be printed as wood grain,marble vein,grain line and so on.Soft gloss,bright color pattern,making people feel wooden reality and having stereoscopic impression.And it's also very clean with decoration feature.

Features of PVC edge banding making machine

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic) Edgebanding is manufactured through an extrusion process into many different thicknesses and widths to match any solid color, woodgrain or pattern. 

The back side of the edgebanding is treated with a primer which help to establish a successful bond with the adhesive. The surface is treated with UV coating to improve the chemical and physical properties of the product.
