Structure:
1. Because of the double eccentric structure, the valve in the process of opening, the butterfly plate gradually detached from the valve seat, reducing the friction between the sealing surface, thus prolonging the service life. The valve seat adopts lip structure design, and the material is made of PTFE, RPTFE or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, no matter what the direction of fluid is, the valve seat can always be restored to the original position after deformation, so as to ensure the sealing.
2. Anti-static: Because the valve seat is made of PTFE and other non-metallic materials, the butterfly plate and the valve seat will generate static electricity in the process of opening and closing, and the accumulation of static electricity will generate a potential safety hazard. The limit sleeve structure is adopted to transfer the static electricity on the butterfly plate to the valve body through the limit sleeve, and at the same time, the anti-static bolts are set on the valve body in contact with the ground, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the accumulation of static electricity.
