TWMS Double emery roll rice whitener
It is suitable for the rice mill with 100-120 tons per day. It is mainly designed for rough milling and whitening.
Revamped roller design with parallel configuration, distinct bran collectors, and individual adjustments for air-flow, enabling consistent air pressure and flow in both milling chambers. This setup maintains dynamic equilibrium, enhancing uniformity in milling, whitening, and bran disposal by both rollers. Additionally, robust aspiration or air-blowing is implemented, drawing in air from both ends of the spindle and compensating with air from the lower end of the feeder. This ensures a lower temperature for the rice, reducing breakage rates and bran ratios in the processed rice.
