Realization of main and branch pipe fitting-up (main pipe: flange + straight pipe + sealing bubble, branch pipe: flange + straight pipe)

The head, mobile head and branch head are of box structure.

Maximum length of workpiece: 4m(can be customized)

Maximum length of branch pipe: 600mm(can be customized)

Pipe diameter: DN80-DN400(can be customized)

Feature

1. The main pipe is clamped by the chuck after passing through the predetermined position, the branch pipe is welded with the flange first, and the straddle positioning device locates the branch pipe flange. The main pipe is supported by the shear bracket and adjusted to the corresponding height, so that the main saddle mouth is positioned with the saddle positioning device.

2,Group the main pipe and branch pipe. Loosen the spindle, rotate 90 degrees, set up the saddle mouth, position the cross-center positioning device, lock the spindle and spot weld.
