1. High strength resin sand castings, aging treated, inside with mesh stiffeners, to ensure good stability.
2. X/Y axis adopts heavy duty roller linear guideways, together with mandatory automatic lubrication system, to ensure small friction & the stability of accuracy.
3. Z axis adopts rectangular-hard-rail-sliding-structure, plastic paste treated, double nitrogen-balance-cylinders are used to balance Z-axis movement, to ensure the stability of accuracy.
4. Z axis movement is with braking function, can automatic clamping spindle box in case of power failure.
5. 3-axis large pitch ball screws, pre-drawing treated, to ensure good rigidity & good accuracy & high speed.
