1. DZD-W series double-station reciprocating automatic vacuum packaging machine (cold packing) is a special equipment that meets the needs of PCB electronics industry for multi-variety small-batch vacuum packaging.
2. It adopts modular design concept, which is easy to adjust, assemble, disassemble and repair. The whole system is stable and reliable, and key components are imported. Sensor detection and positioning are accurate.
3. Safety photoelectric and safety grating ensure safe and reliable operation.
4. The relevant parts are made of flame-retardant and exclusive metal materials.
5. At the same time, the heating and sealing device is set with out-of-date, over-current and over-temperature protection programs to achieve 100% controllable and preventable.
6. It has multiple groups of program memory functions and multi-level authority settings; left in and right out, right in and left out; operators on the left and right sides issue request work instructions, and the equipment pushes the packaging station in turn according to the order of issuing instructions; airbag positive pressure sealing is adopted, and the sealing quality is not affected by the vacuum degree; the chamber has a pressing plate device to ensure that the flat surface of the package is wrinkle-free;
7. It can be connected with the enterprise MES and ERP system to realize automatic recording of work frequency to calculate production capacity, which fully matches the requirements of enterprise intelligent and digital management.
