Directions for use: use protective eyewear, wear rubber gloves, keep face away from can and drain. Never pour drain lye directly from container to drain. Use a plastic spoon to despense product, aluminum utensils, wood, painted surfaces, acrylic or fiberglass, as damage may result. If DRAIN LYE has hardened container inside, do not attempt to remove. Replace cap on top of container and rerturn to place of purchase.

To open clogged DRAINS and to keep DRAINS free flowing-
1.Remove any standing water in sink or tub. Do not add hot water, make sure water in Drain is COLD before adding product. Remove drain strainer if possible.
2.Open bottle, add one(1) tabiespoon of DRAIN LYE into drain. Recap tightly. In case of spills,sweep into dustpan. Empty down nearest working drain and pour could water down drain. Rinse spoon with COLD water and discard after use.
3.Wait 30 minute. Check if drain is open by adding several cups of COLD water. Do not allow water to back over drain. If water does not drain or drains slowly, repeat application ONE time only.
4.If drain clears, flush with COLD water running water for at least one minute. If drain does not clear completely, DO NOT REPEAT OR USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT, as violent splash back may occur.
