Referance standards:ISO22007-2008, ASTM D7984 and GB/T32064-2015 transient planar heat source test method for thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of materials.

1. Direct measurement of transient thermal transmission, testing time in between seconds 5-160s can be set.
2. Won't influence by the thermal contact resistance like static method.
3. Don't need special sample preparation, only relatively flat sample surface.
