DS-658 Automatic Counter & Side Lasting Machine
This machine is applicable for lasting the counter and side of all kinds of man and lady shoes and sports shoes.
The man-machine interface ensures easy operation.
The secondary pressure of the supporting plate may be adjusted independently to suit the height lifted shoes.
The chain cladding band ensures exceptional binding.
The micro adjustment of the insole positioning device ensures easy adjustment and accurate positioning.
With the secondary positioning function, it is suitable for the non-nail lasting operation.
It has been designed with side pull-up pincer device.
The lifting oil cylinder stroke has micro adjustment function and ensures easy adjustment and precise positioning for different types of shoes.
The two-segment swing function of the swing oil cylinder is suitable for lasting of double-segment shoe last.
Designed with six side lock blocks, it makes sure that the upper matches the shoe last better.
The secondary pressure of the upper thrust pad is adjustable. The wiper heating together with the secondary pressure of the supporting plate guarantees smooth lasting and clear lines.
