The RAY-OCMAD-400 dual optical path center deviation measuring instrument is an upgrade of the OCMA-200 center deviation measuring instrument technology, used for automated center deviation measurement and centering adjustment of lenses and lens groups. Used for measuring optical systems with a large number of lenses, measuring the center deviation of lenses that are opaque to visible light, and infrared optical lenses. The measurement accuracy reaches ± 0.2 µ m, and the measurement range covers - ~+.
