Introduction of Duoling Crushing Line

The crusher can be divided into three categories according to the Feeding particle size and the output product:
Coarse Crushing Crusher: crushed from 1500 ~ 500mm to 350 ~ 100mm; like Jaw Crusher, 
Medium Crushing Crusher: crushed from 350 ~ 100mm to 100 ~ 40mm; like impact crusher, Medium cone crusher
Fine Crushing Crusher: crushed from 100 ~ 40mm to 30 ~ 10mm. like fine cone crusher, VSI.

To crush hard limestone, granite, basalt, river pebble, slag and other materials into aggregates and artificial sand production, especially for special construction fields such as expressway surfacing,high-grade highway pavement gravel, high-speed railway passenger dedicated line gravel aggregate, hydropower station gravel, port terminal and airport runway gravel 

The configuration of the stone production crushing line is designed according to the actual site investigation or customer's actual requirements, which fully reflects the reasonable features, practicality, applicability, large processing capacity, low wear, and low operating costs.

The crushed stone production crushing line is mainly made up of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, VSI, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, entralized electrical control, etc.

Crushing Process:
1-Big stones through the hopper are fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
2-The coarsely crushed stone sent to the secondary crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher by a belt conveyor for further crushing;
3-The tertiary crushing generally use VSI, fine cone crusher.
4-Then the finely crushed stone is sent to a vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for sieving. 
5-Several stones of different specifications are sieved out. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished belt conveyor.
6-The oversize stones are returned by the belt conveyor to the secondary crusher for further crushing, forming a closed circuit cycles. 
The process can be adjusted flexibly according to actual site condition and clients' requirement.
