Advantages of laser welding: Laser welding minimizes heat input and reduces the size of the metallurgical change in the heat-affected zone, leading to minimal deformation from heat conduction. With our own developed laser welding equipment we can produce honeycomb speedily with "keyhole " created and with uniform solder joints, high precision, and deep welding. Our technology and decades years of experience allows us to produce the hexagon cells within a pitch angle of 89.98, so that the honeycombs can achieve the maximum air flow and straightening effect (slant honeycomb is optional).
