ThermPanel® Sandwich Panel
Thermpanel® sandwich panel is with metal faces bonded each side of an insulating core.The sandwich panel is a very important part of envelop system.It serves as external wall,internal partition,ceiling and roofing. It also serves as external decoration panel and insulated curtain wall panel.It also can be customized as one part of ventilation system and sound absorbing system.
The facing material has become more and more multiple and beautiful in material itself and textures.Global Span supply sandwich panels with different surface texture like plain,metallic,nanometer film and brush.The surface can also be made flat,ribbed,silkline and embossed.
Different insulation cores have different cost and meet different functions.EPS is the most economical one and has high strength and good thermal insulation property. Mineral Wool or Rock Wool is the best fire proof one and widely used in buildings which require strict fire proof standard.PU/PIR is the best thermal insulated core which won great popularity in cold room area.
With the upgrading of new technology,the panel sealing has gone through the period of zero sealing,steel strip sealing,PU sealing,PVC strip sealing,aluminium profile sealing and PVC profile sealing.
