The heating part of the heated fuel sensor adopts the electric heating ceramic chip device, and the resistance value can be controlled at 2-5 Ω. When a DC voltage is applied at both ends of its electrode, the resistance will increase rapidly with the rise of the ceramic surface temperature. In the air, the heated ceramic surface can rise to 100 C in a very short time. Under the condition of low temperature, the heating ceramic is placed in the diesel oil with lower temperature. Because the temperature of diesel oil in the fuel tank is relatively low, after the ceramic is powered on, the ceramic begins to heat, and the fuel oil temperature gradually rises until the starting requirements are met.
