Chemical Indicator Strips
The chemical indicator strips are manufactured in absence of lead or other heavy metals.
They are constructed from special card,standard color patch and indicator strip. The process indicator ink shows clear and accurate color change and indicates if the pack has been processed. The chemical indicator strips are designed for steam, E.O.Gas and plasma sterilization processes. All chemical indicator strips are available on OEM & ODM.

·Performance Characteristics
According to the steam sterilization operation of the covention 132ºC-134ºC in saturated steam sterilization,the indicator streams turns black from beige in specified 3.5 minutes, can determine the sterilization package has sterilization processing.
·Usage
Place the indicator strip in the center of the package, bag or box; the intermediate indicator placed in the packaging should be placed in the corner of the hard container or at least two diagonally, or in the most difficult place to sterilize.
·Result Determination
The indicator color block mark of the indicator strip will change from yellow to black. it can be determined that the product has been sterilized.

1.This product is not suitable for internal use of infusion bottle, tube and barrel. 2.This product shall not be directly in contact with water, and should not be placed directly in the surface of metal or glass materials that are easily formed by condensing water. 3. Used the indicator card, the reagent of its color, should not be burned with fire in case of dust. 4. If the indication of the product is found to be discolored, do not use it.
