Eutectic plate system truck body

Eutectic cold plate system is widely used in Europe with advantages on the transportations of frozen food in a way to  prolonged life of vehicle, all by using the power of electricity instead of truck engine.
It consists of compressor, condenser, control box and eutectic(frezing)plate.
This is a new concept refrigerator top which maintains cold for a long time by creaing latent heat when dissolving the fluid slowly after freezing (solidification) the fluid accumulated on the freezing plateat certain temprature.
It has a freezing method in which we accumulate the cold on freezing plate by operating refrigerator at night and we can keep products cold during day time by using the cold accumulated.
 
Features
-It can improve the perfomance of the vehicle because power is 380V(220V) which is regardless of engine of the vehicle.
-It's cooling temperature is -40°C so that it allows to keep frozen food perfectly as it can maintain constant temperature of -25°C for 16 hours.
-It gives pleasant trnsportation condition (no noise and no vibration).
-It allows early cooling operation as you can keep frozen products in the vehicle and it allows increasing product selling time.
-There are less mechanical problems because it operates with no relation with vehicle engine as Eutectic Cold Top is completely disconnected with the vehicle.
