Our company can produce various specifications of FRP sand-filled winding pipes and FRP winding process pipes with diameters of 100-4000mm and lengths less than 1800mm. The working temperature of the pipe is 40ºC-80ºC. The pipes with special proportions can withstand high temperatures of 110ºC, and the pipes will not crack under freezing media. If used for large and medium flow pipes, the construction cost of large-diameter quartz sand-filled pipes is 30% lower than that of steel pipes of the same diameter, which is equivalent to cement pipes. It is also convenient to transport, has low construction costs, does not require maintenance, and has a service life of more than 50 years.
