Product Description

This line can produce corrugated sheet, fiberglass sheet and other sheet series. The products can be divided into translucent sheet, color translucent board, burning-proof sheet, anti-corrosion sheet and other color sheets. With mechanical producing and continuous forming, the products made by the line is used fiberglass chopped strand mat as reinforcing material, and high light transmission type&anti-corrosion type unsaturated polyester as base material. The product has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, antiflaming and watertight. The line adopts international advanced PLC automated controller, with the features of automatic temperature control, frequency control, high degree automatic production, low power consumption, and high efficiency.
The main process: Resin mixture, prepreg mat, thermoform, solidification, traction, products cutting etc. The whole line is controlled by the central console.
