FRP Pultruded Profile

There are many kinds of FRP pultrusion profiles, grp round/ square/ rectangular tube, grp bar/rod, grp I-beam, grp L angle steel, grp U channel etc.

A big range of FRP pultruded profile are available in standard configurations. Customized shapes are available too.
Profiles can be used for constructing platforms, handrails, walkways, bridges, cable tray etc. 

It has a series of excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, resistance, high strength, small specific gravity, low moisture absorption, small extension and good insulation.
Product Detail
The basic components of pultruded FRP profiles are resin and glass fiber (including cloth, felt, etc.), which is reinforced by fiber (including glass fiber, carbon fiber, fiber and other metal, non-metal fiber) and resin (mainly epoxy resin).
 

FRP angle is one kind of FRP profiles reinforced plastic products with uniform cross section.
The material we use includes Non-alkali pultrusion dedicated yarn, Non-alkali knitting felt, Pultrusion dedicated unsaturated polyester resin and filling.
The channels are formed continuously after being heated by high temperature.
It is widely used as the ladder material and the structural support beam when making the work platform.
