Product Description
Hydrocyclone, is the use of centrifugal force to accelerate the settlement of ore particles classification equipment. It requires pressure to feed the ore, so it consumes a lot of power, but it has a small footprint, cheap, large capacity, high classification efficiency, and can obtain very fine overflow products, which are mostly used in the second closed-circuit grinding in the classification equipment.
 
Working Principle and Parameters
Hydraulic cyclone
Hydraulic cyclone is a device used to separate and remove heavier coarse particles of mud and sand and other materials from sewage. Sometimes also used for mud dewatering. Divided into pressure type and gravity type two kinds, often using round column structure or metal pipe production. Water enters by pressure or gravity from the upper part of the structure (or metal pipe) along the tangent line, and under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse and heavy particles are thrown to the wall of the device and rotate downward and discharge with the thick liquid formed. Smaller particles rotate to a certain degree and then discharged with the secondary upward vortex.
