Q3.: Can you offer the free sample ?

We do not charge a proofing fee for samples without special printing craft or those in stock, you only need to pay the shipping fee.

For products that have been charged a sample fee, we will refund the sample fee after you confirm the sample and place an order for mass production.

Q4.: What is the package?

Usually they would be packed in roll, sheets or individual sheet outer with standard cartons.
