Introduction:

Glycerol stearate is an organic compound, the molecular formula is C21H42O4, pure white waxy solid. Emulsification, stirring in hot water, cooling into a very fine paste, commonly known as snow cream. Used in household chemicals, it is an ideal raw material for snow creams, cold creams, etc. Also used in pharmaceutical products, is the preparation of neutral ointment raw material. Used as an emulsifier in ice-cream and other foods.
