This machine can bend the straight straws to be flexible with corrugate shape.
Can use both P.P and PLA(polylactic acid) raw material.
This production process is fully automated.
1. The operator simply places a straight paper straw into the hopper, then starts the machine. The flexible straw automatically comes out and falls onto the conveyor belt.
2. There are wheels and form pins which are used to press the indentations into the body of the paper straw.
3. Before pushing, insert a needle into the hole in the straw so as not to force the straw.
4. Finally, a flexible paper straw comes out on the conveyor belt.
There are two types of indentation. Please choose one type from one or two.
