    A: If you need samples, we can make as per your request .You should pay for the transportation freight and cost for sample, while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.

    4)Q:What format of the file do you need to provide if want to do your own design?
    A:We have our own designer, so you can provide AI, CDR or PDF, ect. we will make clear artwork for your final confirmation.

    5) Q: How about sampling time?
    Normally will take 3-7days for sampling, but also depend on your detail requirement, e.g unnormal color of the fabric or different frame finishing.

    6) Q:What about the Payment Term?
    A: 30%-50% deposit before production, 50%-70% balance before shipment.

    7) Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: Every worker keeps the QC from the beginning to the end. All raw material we used are passed the strength test. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process. Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
