2.Q:Can we mix color or style in 100pcs ? A:It depend on your designs, we can accept mix 2 color or 2 style in 100pcs when your design is simple.

3.Q:What's your turnaround time ? A:Sample time :3-5days after order confirmed , We can complete mass production within 10 days after sample approval .

4.Q:What's your package ? can you package the hats as my requirement ? A:We package 1 pcs t-shirt into 1 polybag , 100 pcs into one carton, or as per buyer's requested.

5.Q:What's your payment terms? A:We accept the payment by Bank tranfer / Paypal / Western Union.

6.Q:If we place a big quantity , Is there the price will be lower ? A:Yes , the more quantity , the more cheaper .

7.Q:Which shipping terms you use ? A:We use DHL/Fedex to shipping hats , door to door service.

8.Q: If the hats i received have some problem in quality , how can i get the after sale protection? A:We can remake the products for you if it have the problrm in quality.

9.Q:What's your procedure of order ? A: After order confirmed , we make the sample , and then take clear sample photoes with different anglers for your approval ;  After sample approval , we start the mass production .

10:Q:What kinds of material do you have ? A:The options of material are cotton /acrylic / leather / suede ect.

11.Q:Can we get a sample first before mass production ? A:Usually , we make the products after order , and then take photoes for your approval before mass production .If you still need the samples first , we can discuss the details.
