Its product features are that the loops are rooted in the polyester pillar stitch fabric, which will not snag, and it is not easy to fall apart when cutting. The Superpol model warp knitting machine is for producing microfiber kitchen cloth, quick dry car towel, scrubber mop cloth, beach towels, and other microfiber cleaning cloths. Besides, the superpol warp knitting terry machine is suitable for the cotton short fiber material.

Compared with the loom terry machine, the warp knitting terry machine has a larger productivity, more economical production cost, and a greener finishing process, and it is compatible with short fiber yarn as well as filament yarn. 

The terry towels produced from the superpol model warp knitting machine shows more even pile loops height than other warp knitting terry towel machines, and because of its unique knitting structure, the superpol warp knitting machine does not require an individual brushing device as the TS4-C model warp knitting terry towel machine does.

We have four workshops, two of them are warp knitting machines and warping machines workshops, and another two are fabric production mill and spare parts manufacture workshops separately.

Most of our newly developed machines will be used in our fabric knitting factory for a profound test, after which, we will promote into the market.

Spare parts such as compound needle bed, tongue needle bed, needle guide bar, sinker bed, and latch needle bed are produced in our CNC machines, the bars or beds used on Chinese and German warp knitting machines.
