Gold Ore Desorption Electrolysis Plant

Introduction
Our Gold Ore Desorption Electrolysis Plant is designed to efficiently extract gold from gold-loaded carbon through a high-temperature and high-pressure desorption and electrolysis process. This system is widely used in cyanide refining to produce solid gold from gold-loaded carbon, offering high recovery rates and low operational costs.

Working Principle
  1. Desorption: Anions that are easily adsorbed by activated carbon are added to the desorption system, replacing Au(CN) and achieving gold desorption.
  2. Electrolysis: The pregnant solution obtained from desorption is processed via ionization to obtain solid gold.

The project featured efficient and rapid extraction, low consumption, and high production efficiency. The gold grade was high, eliminating the need for reverse electrolysis and achieving efficient gold recovery.
